Accounts
Anyone may sign in, and the email address is the account. What you can see and do is decided by the administrators of the organizations that add you, and any of them may change or withdraw it at any time. Access is yours alone: do not pass on a code, a sign-in link or a signed-in browser.
What it is for
Assessing property lots for wildfire readiness, producing reports for their owners, and introducing those owners to local contractors — and keeping the record of each. Use it for that and nothing else. What is in it is confidential to the organization whose records they are, and stays that way after your access ends.
A report is not an inspection
A report describes a property as it can be judged from public sources, from what the organization recorded, and from what the owner said. It is a desktop risk assessment. It is not an official inspection, not a finding of any government or fire agency, and not an order to do anything; the organization that produced it is not a government or fire agency. Nothing here is legal, insurance or engineering advice. Check the facts and the applicable code before anything is acted on.
Introductions
Fireveyor introduces property owners to contractors. It never quotes, bids, negotiates, schedules or guarantees any work, and it never handles an owner’s money: the owner contracts with and pays the contractor directly. Contractors listed in a report pay the organization a marketing fee for the introduction, and the owner pays nothing for it. Nothing of value is offered to an owner for using any contractor. A contractor’s license is printed wherever the contractor is shown, and the owner is responsible for checking it.
What you put in
You are responsible for what you enter and attach — that you are entitled to have it, and that it is accurate. Outright Mental Inc. may read, correct or remove anything in the product in the course of running it.
No warranty, and what we are not liable for
Fireveyor is provided as it is. It may change, break or stop, with or without warning, and nothing here promises that it will be available, correct or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Outright Mental Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including work done or not done on the strength of a report. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Changes
These terms can change. The date above says when they last did, and using Fireveyor after that means the terms as they then read.
